Privacy Policy Apps

This policy applies to ToDon’tList, ToDon’tTimer and any other ToDon’t app that links to this page. The apps are made by The ToDon’tCo., part of IOIP BV, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The short version

We don’t collect your data. What you enter in our apps stays with you.

What the apps do

• Your content stays on your device. Your lists, items, timers and settings are stored on your device. We never receive them and cannot see them
• No account. You don’t need to sign up or give us your name or email address.
• No tracking. Our apps contain no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking tools. We don’t follow you across other apps or websites, and we don’t sell or share your data.
• Notifications. If an app sends notifications, they are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off at any time in the iOS Settings app.

iCloud

If an app offers sync between your devices, your data is stored in your own private iCloud account, under Apple’s terms. We have no access to it. You can turn this off in your device settings.

Information from Apple

Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases, and may collect information under its own privacy policy. If you agree to share analytics with app developers on your device, Apple may give us crash reports and general usage statistics. These do not identify you, and we use them only to improve our apps.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don’t use them for marketing, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Our website and newsletter

This policy covers our apps only. Our website and newsletter are separate from the apps. If you sign up for the newsletter, the information shown on the sign-up form applies.

Children

Our apps collect no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because our apps don’t collect data, we normally hold none, except any emails you have sent us. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If a new app or update changes how we handle data, we will update this page before that version is released.
